I’ve always known how to win at the highest level.

I’ve led global teams, built market strategies across industries, and driven business growth in some of the most high-stakes, high-pressure environments in the world.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, I began my career at Pfizer in New York. That experience led me to earn my MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, followed by an international leadership program at London Business School—refining my approach to strategy on a global scale.

I took on challenges that tested both my thinking and my stamina.

At Pfizer, I directed access and pricing strategy for a $10 billion portfolio. At Abbott, I led global market entry and reimbursement strategy for groundbreaking diabetes technology. I wasn’t just in the room—I was leading the charge.

Across Pfizer, Abbott, Evernorth, and Capgemini, I developed strategies that moved markets and shaped investments.

  • Built value frameworks and pricing models that drove product uptake across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

  • Evaluated 66 pipeline assets at Pfizer—29 were funded, with a projected value of $120 million

  • Unlocked $800 million in high-margin business opportunities others had overlooked

  • Guided post-merger integrations and strategic realignments that produced measurable, lasting results

High pressure. High stakes. I lived and breathed it.

Despite all the professional wins, I was quietly unraveling behind the scenes.

Crushing Goals. Crumbling Inside.

At 6'6" and now 420 pounds, the pressure wasn’t just metaphorical; it was physically weighing me down. My body was breaking down. My mental health was unraveling. My relationships strained. My purpose blurred.

And it wasn’t just internal. My team was starting to feel it, too.

The pressure to deliver at the highest level didn’t stop with me—it filtered through the business. Decision fatigue. Lack of focus. Quiet exhaustion that no one wanted to name.

But I didn’t slow down. I pushed harder—until something finally broke through.

That moment became my turning point.

Surrounded by people who had known me across decades—peers, friends, future collaborators—I felt something shift. I saw myself through their eyes: accomplished, yes, but also exhausted, unwell, and hiding behind the armor of achievement.

It was the jolt I needed to confront what I had been avoiding. I realized I couldn’t keep living the way I had been. It wasn’t just unsustainable—it was eroding every part of me.

I’ll always be grateful for that weekend. It cracked something open in me. It didn’t just change my direction.

It saved my life.
